അദ്വൈതാനന്ദചിൻ മാത്ര-
ജ്യോതിർന്നാരായണാത്മകം
ച കാസ്തു ധർമ്മബോധായ
നിത്യ മ വ്യാഹ താത്മനാം.

ആദ്യം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നത് മംഗലാചരണം ആണ്. അതിന്റെ മലയാളം ഇതാണ്.

ശാശ്വതവും ഏകവും പരമാത്മസ്വരൂപവും സാക്ഷാത് ശ്രീ നാരായണാത്മകവുമായ ജ്ഞാനസ്വരൂപം ധാർമ്മികരായ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ധർമ്മബോധത്തിനായ് എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും പ്രകാശിക്കട്ടെ

Let that Jnanaswaroopan(Absolute Knowledge ) which is of the nature of SrinarayanaParamatma,which is Eternal(nityam),One with out a second,(Ekam) illumine us who are the followers of Dharma.

പരിപാവനമായ സഹ്യാദ്രിയുടെ താഴ്വരയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നതും ധർമ്മത്താലും ധാർമ്മികൻമാരാലും പ്രശോഭിക്കുന്നതുമായ ഈ ധർമ്മരാജ്യത്തിൽ കണ്വമുനിയുടെ തപശക്തി കൊണ്ട് പരിശോ ഭിക്കുന്നതും, ശ്രീജനാർദ്ദന സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രസാമീപ്യത്താൽ മനോഹരവും തെങ്ങ്, മാവ്, പ്ലാവ്, അശോകം, വാഴ, കമുക് ഇവകളാൽ അലംകൃതവും തോട്, തുരങ്കം, കുഴൽ വെള്ളം, ഇവകളുള്ളതും പറങ്കിമാവ്, പാടങ്ങൾ, സുഗന്ധമുള്ള പുന്നാഗങ്ങൾ, വേപ്പുകൾ, പല വിധ സസ്യങ്ങൾ ഇവകളാൽ അലംകൃതവുമായ വർക്കല എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധിയുള്ള ദേശം ശോഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

        Place description.

There is a place named Varkala in Kerala which is situated in the valley of the devine mountain range called Sahyadri,
where it was illuminated with the Taposakti  of the noblest Sage Kannua,
and which is blessed by the neighbourhood of Srimath Janardhana temple, and the place is decorated with coconut trees,mangotrees,jackfruit trees,asoka trees,cashew trees,and other plantations like,banana , pepper etc, and well connected with water bodies,and have got beautiful small streams, tube water (Trurangam ) etc,and many fragrant Punnagam(water lilies,or Indian laurel tree,or nutmeg tree,),kadalipoo,neam trees,and wide spread green fields,a feast to the eyes.

അസ്ത്യ സ്യ നീ വൃതോ രത്ന മകുടാ കാര ഭാസുരഃ

ഫലവത് പത്രപുഷ്പാഡ്യോ ലതാ പുഷ്പകരം ബിതഃ

നേത്രാഞ്ചലവിലോ കേന നിത്യം പാദോപ സേ വിനാം

ഈപ്സിതാർത്ഥ പ്രദാനേന രാജന്ത്യാ ശാരദാംബയാ

ഭ്രാ ജിഷ്ണു രമ്റു താസ്വാദ സ്വച്ഛ തോയ പ്രവാഹതഃ

ആധൗത പാദസ്സ ശ്രീകോ ഭക്താനന്ദ പ്രവർദ്ധനഃ

വിഖ്യാതോ ധർമ്മ സംസ്ഥാനേ രമ്യ: ശിവഗിരിർമ്മഹാൻ

ഈ വർക്കല എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തിനു രത്ന മകുടമായി ശോഭിക്കുന്നവനും വിചിത്രങ്ങളായ പുഷ്പങ്ങളോടും കായ്കനികളോടും കൂടിയ വൃക്ഷലതാദികളാൽ പരിശോഭിതനും ഭക്തൻമാർക്ക് അഭീഷ്ടത്തെ നൽകുന്ന അക്ഷര സ്വരൂപിണിയായ വിദ്യാദേവതയാൽ അനുഗ്രഹീതനും അമൃതിനു തുല്യമായ പരിശുദ്ധ ജലത്തിന്റെ പ്രവാഹത്താൽ നിത്യവും പാദത്തെ കഴുകുന്നവനും ഭക്തൻമാർക്ക് ആനന്ദത്തെ കൊടുക്കുന്നവനും ധർമ്മരാജ്യത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധനും മഹാനുമായ ശിവഗിരിയെന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു കുന്നുണ്ട്.

There is a Hill named Shivagiri in Varkala. It shines like a Crown of Varkala. This place is full of Flowers , Leaves and Fruits -Different Creapers, Flowers are there. This place shines with the presence of Sri Sharada Devi who fulfils the desires (requests) of her Devotees with just a Glimpse of her Eyes. Shivagiri is a place wet (Washed) with the water flow and that is so Clear and of the taste of Nectar.  This is such a Unique Place where there is prosperity (Iswarya) and the place gives Bliss and Peace to all the Devotees and Because of the Dharmam Establishment,  it is Noble also. Indeed Shivagiri has the look of Noble Person (Mahatma).

തത്രൈകാന്തേ സുഖാസീനശ്ചൂതച്ഛാ യോ പരഞ്ജി തേ

ആശ്രമേ ധർമ്മ മർമ്മജ് ഞോനീതി വൈജ്ഞാനികോ വിഭുഃ

സർവതന്ത്ര സ്വതന്ത്ര ശ്ച, ബ്രഹ്മ നിർല്ലീനമാനസഃ

ലോക ക്ഷേമ പരോ നിത്യം ഭാതിനാരായണോ ഗുരുഃ

തേൻമാവുകളുടെ തണലിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ആശ്രമത്തിൽ,സാധുജന രക്ഷണത്തിൽ തൽപരനും സർവ്വ ശാസ്ത്ര പാരഗ്രതനും പരമാത്മാവിൽ ഏകാഗ്ര ചിത്തനും നീതിജ്ഞനും ധർമ്മജ്ഞനുമായ ശ്രീ നാരായണ ഗുരുദേവൻ ശോഭിക്കുന്നു -

In this Lonely place, which is very cool place because of the Shades of Mango Trees, with a Beautiful Ashrama, there lives Sri Narayana Guru, who is established in happiness, is an Embodiment of Dharma, Law and Justice, who abides in Brahman is compassionate and interested in the wellbeing of the World itself.

തം മഹാന്ത മുപാഗമ്യ,ധർമ്മാവേക്ഷണതത് പരാഃ

ബോധാനന്ദ മുഖാശ്ശിഷ്യാഃ പ്രണി പ ത്യാന്വയുഞ്ജത.


ധർമ്മത്തെ അറിയുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹമുള്ള ശ്രീബോധാനന്ദ സ്വാമി തുടങ്ങിയശിഷ്യൻമാർ ആ മഹാത്മാവായ ഗുരുവിനെക്കണ്ടു നമസ്ക്കരിച്ചിട്ട് ഇപ്രകാരം ചോദിച്ചു.




Disciples namely Bodhanandan etc..., Who were keen on observing Dharmam,  approached that Mahatma, prostrated him and asked.
